Returns & Exchanges

Not satisfied with your order? Don’t think your purchase is right for you? Don’t sweat it!

Return/exchange eligibility

  1. Within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Invoice available.
  3. Original condition & tags intact.
  4. Original packaging.
  5. Normal price item only.

Return/exchange process

  2. Give us your order id, product details & reason for returning.
  3. Return/exchange processed within 7 days.
  4. If your return is accepted, we will assist you on the return process.
    *Item sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Why is my item not eligible for return/exchange?

Sale/discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your item has been purchased and received more than 30days from the date of purchase, it is not eligible for return/exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if the product is not in original condition.

How do I know my returned item has been received?

As soon as we receive your return package, we will notify you and your return request will be processed accordingly.

I received an incorrect refund or replacement item, what should I do?

All shipments are currently available within Malaysia only. For International shipments please do contact us at info@prox.com.my.

If the packaging seal is opened or damaged during the delivery, please DO NOT accept the parcel.

If you are not available at the delivery address to receive your purchased orders, please do contact the courier service provider with a stipulated timeframe for next delivery or pick up arrangement.

If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.

The Company are using standard packaging material for all orders.

The Company only deliver each purchase order to One (1) delivery address within Malaysia only. No split shipment available under the same order.

All orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Readily available stocks will be posted on the next working day (except weekends and public holidays) upon full payment received.

If the Company is experiencing a high volume of orders or during peak online sales promotion periods and festive seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow

additional days in transit for delivery and/or any unforeseen circumstances.


Final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on order quantity and shipping location address.
